From browsing policies to paying online, insurance, fully digital.

AL Nisr Al Arabi, one of Jordan's leading insurance companies, needed a digital presence that could do more than inform. It needed to help individuals and businesses explore policies, apply, and pay. We designed and built a corporate experience hub that turns complex insurance offerings into a clear, navigable experience with built-in applications, KYC verification, and online payment.
AL Nisr's existing digital presence wasn't keeping up with how customers research and buy insurance. Prospective clients, whether individuals or corporate accounts, needed a way to browse a wide range of policies, understand what's relevant to them, complete verification, and pay, all without requiring a branch visit or a phone call.
We focused on structuring AL Nisr's extensive policy catalog into a browsable, well-organized experience, backed by a custom form manager that lets visitors apply for policies directly through the site. We designed a multi-step KYC form to handle customer verification inline, and integrated with local payment gateways so customers can complete the full purchase journey without leaving the platform. On the backend, we built advanced CMS tooling and data import capabilities so AL Nisr's team can manage content at scale.
The platform was built on Drupal 8 with MySQL, featuring a multi-step KYC verification flow, integration with local payment gateways for direct online payments, a custom form manager for policy applications, an advanced CMS for organizing insurance products, and data import tools to keep the digital catalog in sync with internal systems. The CMS was designed to give the team full control over content without developer dependency.
AL Nisr now has a digital platform that supports the full customer journey, from browsing policies to verifying identity to paying online. What previously required branch visits and manual processing now happens end-to-end on the website, reducing friction for customers and operational load for the team.
