360 Moms had built a trusted content brand for mothers across the region. The next step was turning that audience into an engaged community. We designed and built a mobile platform centered around a rewards program, giving moms a reason to keep coming back while giving the 360 Moms team the tools to run campaigns and manage engagement.
360 Moms needed to go beyond content. They had the audience, but no product layer to drive repeat engagement or support their partnerships with brands. The challenge was designing a rewards experience that feels simple for users while giving the 360 Moms team the flexibility to automate point systems and manually adjust during promotional campaigns.
We led with product strategy, mapping out how the rewards program fits into the broader user journey. The reward experience was designed for simplicity on the user side: QR code capture, location-aware features, and a clean mobile interface. On the backend, we built a rewards management system that balances automation with manual control, so the team can run campaigns without developer support.
Built with React Native for the mobile apps and Drupal 7 for content and backend management, the platform includes a rewards management engine, QR code capture for in-store and event activations, and location awareness features. The system gives the 360 Moms team full control over reward points, campaigns, and user engagement from a single dashboard.
360 Moms now has a product that turns passive readers into active participants. The rewards program created a new engagement layer for the brand, supporting partnerships with advertisers and sponsors while giving moms a tangible reason to stay connected to the platform.
