Kitchenette.jo is a food ordering platform that makes lunch effortless. Customers can browse the menu, customize their meals, and pay online or choose cash on delivery. On the other side, the kitchen team gets the tools to manage orders, prep efficiently, and deliver on time.
The Challenge
Kitchenette wanted to take their food business online with an ordering experience that's as quick and easy as their food. Customers needed to browse, customize, and pay in seconds, while the kitchen needed a backend that keeps pace with real-time order flow.
Our Approach
We designed the customer experience for speed: minimal steps from menu to checkout, with meal customization built into the flow. The backend was built around operational efficiency, giving Kitchenette staff the tools to receive, manage, prepare, and track deliveries across multiple locations.
Execution
Built on Drupal 7, the platform features a full eCommerce engine with menu management, meal customization, online payment and cash-on-delivery options, order management for the kitchen team, and location management for multi-branch operations.
Impact
Kitchenette now runs their food ordering operation entirely through the platform. Customers order and pay online with minimal friction, and the kitchen team manages the full order lifecycle from a single system.
